Basicly, a PC2100 board will not support anything over PC2100 while running at stock speed. PC2400 and up will still work in a PC2100 board, you just won't be able to use the ram's potential. Now, when overclocking thats a totally different story. When you overclock the fsb you overclock the ram(assuming your running at 1:1) so PC2400, PC2700, PC3000 etc... will help. I would shoot for some PC2700 or PC3000. Corsair is probably your best bet.
