Unhappy P4 voltage prob.

I have a P4 2.0 on an Iwill P4R533. I can overclock it to 2.4 but after that I start having problems with the AGP. I had a 4600, had is the key word there. Now I am stuck using a Gforce2 mx 400. If i go over 2.4 it won't turn the monitor on. Is there any thing I can do? I've tried backing the memory down to 3x, didn't help. Any ideas?
