How do I get this system to work!

I just got this PII IPEX desktop and I can't get the USB's on the side to work, also the front speakers. Does anyone out there know how to get these going? Do I need a mobo driver???
All the leads are hoked up right!

Who here knows about Ipex cases (Australian brand I think)
