need a super quiet fan for P4 2.4b

Im making a computer for a family, they arent going to need a overclocking fan, just a nice quiet fan for the p4 2.4B cpu. Would like to get the fan at newegg.com so wich one there would you pick out there for my needs? I will pay about $20 but less would be better.
