Anyone know if these are good for overclocking, I downloaded Powerstrip, but not sure how high I should put the speeds for memory/gpu..It has standard fan on it..

Just try and see. There isn't any real set limit for overclocking, it's more the luck of the draw. Just keep raising the core and memory until you get artifacting or locking, and then lower the clocks down about 5mhz from that point, and there are your limits.
 
Your card will lock ups, or start getting artifacts in your games which will mean you have passed your stability point of an OC, this happens before you can fry the card, and as long as you have good airflow in the case you shouldnt have to worry to much.
