Lan on MSI dual amd

If I have wirless network I wouldnt need the the version with lan right? does having the lan or not affect o/c?

I'm pretty sure the onboard LAN doesn't affect OC abilities, as you're limited to 150 FSB anyway.

I've got the board w/o LAN and I'm pretty sure what's holding me back from getting 1.4 GHz out of these Durons is the lack of a DDR voltage adjustment.
