Which card is the best to be used for high-end overclock with a hassle-free? Money is not a big issues and do not ask me to get the ATI 9700!

MSI all the way... it's a really nice card and comes with a nice bundle of software too.... before you OC it ...just replace the white thermal paste with some AS3... you might be able to squeeze abit more out of it...
