not sure what its called but i purchased a refurb 8IHXP from newegg and it didn't come with the back plate that covers all the slots(ps2, onboard USB, LAn...etc..). The motherboard is not standard ATX so the one's i've seen at retail stores don't fit and the motherboard company doesn't sell individual parts, am i screwed out of luck?

You might consider getting the standard part and modding it to fit.
Have you searched ebay? Sometimes, they have the darndest things ...

Simply search for i/o backplate and you should be able to find one that matches your board.
