Question about my mobo.

My mobo is currently a MSI kt3 Ultra2 and my fsb is at 166 with a stick of crucial 256mb 2100. When I check my agp and pci speeds they are at 84 and 42 respectively which leads me to believe my 1/5 divider is not activated. How do I activate it or is it already activated. I remember reading anything over 39mhz for the pci speeds can corrupt the hard drive. I have a maxtor 80gb drive if it matters. Thanks in advance.

edit: I use Sandra to check my bus speeds.

i think the divider activates at a certain fsb speed. feel free to correct me msi users
