Need good links to hpage servers and e-mail lists

Hy guys, I know there are lot´s of webmasters here inside the forum and I´d like to ask for some links and opinions on:

-A free server to load a webpage (without popups if possible... a small banner it´s Ok...) Something that won´t close in some months... (Bad experiences)

-Somewhere i can make a mail-list for my university mates, a list that will stay there rocksolid for a decade!



I know someone here has searched a lot about it, has a lot of experience and is ready to give me the Tip!
