any recommendations?

i am looking at the leadtek winfast vs. avertv studio vs. ati wonder.

in terms of quality, price and tv recording, which one should i
go for?

My dad has the ATI TV Wonder and it looks great. All the channels come in clear. The software is very easy to use and it is very easy to record video and stills.

is it just for regular tv? does it work for cable as well?

It has an input for a Coax cable (Also know as a CATV cable) so that you can watch and capture the same channels and programs that are transmitted to your regular television.

the leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Deluxe is what I have and its great!

check www.hauppauge.com

they make TV Tuner Card long before asus and anyone else

i ended up getting the leadtek
do u guys have any problems with the resolution?
it doesn't seem very good...?
