Has anyone used both Prometia and Vapochill? If so, what would you say about noise comparison? They both cool well enough, although the Prometia is a little better, I think. Any input is welcome.

It's very easy - the fans in the two systems are the same. Chip-con uses two fans, which is quite noisy, and you can't adjust anything. On the VapoChill unit you can adjust the fans (and the compressor speed) as you wish from 0 - 100% speed. As of writing right now, I'm running my fans at 50% speed, evaporator temperature -27'C (CPU -2'C) and it's very silent. Joe states the same on his latest update of his vapo review.
