MATX 400 MHz bus

here it is.... im getting a new computer ! i think and now i want to know a little about the PCChips 925LMR MATX mobo... now the wintergreen system im looking at says it has a 2.4 ghz cpu... now the problem is that the bus speed on the 2.4 ghz P4 is 533 while the bus on the mobo is only 400. OK will the prosessor slow down to lets say 2.0ghz or will it run at the full 2.4ghz ? i see some MATX boards with 400mhz bus that will take up to 2.4 while others only to 2.0ghz. also any ideas on whether or not this motherboard with the VIA VT8751 chipset will be o/c'able hehe =)

in general pc chips boards are pretty crappy and do not overclock.

If the board wont support 533FSB then dont buy it cuz you'll be wasting your money.
