Everytime I click on a link in IE it opens it in a new, very, very small window, but I want it to pop up with a Maximized window. Possible?

right click the ie icon select propreties, and under the run box select maximized

I get this all the time for me I just maximize every ie popup and they it saves it for some reason

just click on a link and then when you get that small window; close the original window and resize using corner drag and have the small window to fit your desktop then close it
from then on it will open always to the resized (max) size

I was about to suggest what you've already tried, but since that doesn't work, I'll have to suggest what you probably don't want to hear: try a different, and IMO better, browser like Mozilla or Opera.
