Ghost's EXT2 Support?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Ghost's EXT2 support will allow me to go from a 30MB hard drive to a 80MB hard drive automatically? i.e. Like unders FAT32, where it'll "expand" the partition automatically?

Thanks.

Why don't you just copy everything across and preserve the file ownership/permissions?

Trying to build another machine, by just Ghosting the whole system over via the NICs. I don't have any free IDE ports and really don't want to muck with opening this thing up at the moment and trying to find the easy way out .

You still should be able to do that over the LAN with out using Ghost, it might be a bit slow though.

Can also just burn a cd with a tar of the original system, untar it and reinstall the boot loader.

Still have to use the flags to save permissions.
