Whats the real temp

Ok I booted up and went in to the BIOS to change some things. I went to check the temps and it said 30C extrenal and 4C on die. Now this is the first chip I have had that allows for on die temps. Whats the real temp for my CPU, which one should I keep my eye on.

If you have confirmation that the board in fact DOES read the on die sensor, that is the one to watch, the insocket thermistor is a joke but if that is all that's available...

Well it's the KT400 Dragon Ultra and it says it takes the temps that way.

4C on die? Unless you're using a pletier, there is no way that's correct.

I'm running with a MCW462-UHT and a Meanwell PSU.
