Are there any utilities that'll keep track of power line voltages coming into the house, much like MBM keeps a running tally of all PC voltages ? I wish MBM would add this measurement to their list. Lots of seeming PS problems may in fact be caused by low line voltages, or conversely, voltage spikes. It'd be very informative to know how stable and regulated one's line voltages were.

No. No power supplies that I know of have any sensors like that.

It would most likely have to be a custom circuit/meter.

One possibility would be some of the higher end PC power conditioners. I know some regular UPS's hook up to the computer for status monitoring, perhaps the higher end line conditioners might have something like you're looking for. I'm not sure though, as I've never used one.

there is no utilities does that...

you probably need something hardware based like Digital Doc 5 or a digital multimeter.
