quick question on video editing

Do any of you guys know a small program that can cut a video and just save it (no conversion necessary) I saved a video on my comp from my vcr with my ATI TV wonder VE card. The compression is good, but there's a huge chunk at the end I need to cut out from the video. I need a program that can do that quickly. I have Dobe Premiere, but it'll take a day for Adobe to load the video

Yea, get virtual dub. I think its pretty easy to use and its all I use

I use MGI VideoWave III which was a christmas gift a couple of years ago. Even though there's a new version out right now it's still fairly full featured. I think I saw it at CompUSA for $10 the other day. I might be wrong though. Pretty nominal price to pay for as good of software as it is.
