what video card are you running, or is it onboard? just curious... cause i know that nvidia has one built into the dets. i believe there are some fixes at http://www.majorgeeks.com under the video section.

*edit: sorry for being lazy, here's the link to the video section:

whats this refresh rate fix supposed to do? I've got xp and a ti4600 but can still choose whichever refresh rate I want on my iiyama 19" ?

Is there something I'm missing?

i believe that the refresh rate problem is when running games that automatically select the refresh rate that they will only allow low refresh rates (60 Hz, i believe) btw, wasn't there something in sp1 that fixed the fresh rate issue? i couldn't remember...

It all becomes clear...the new drivers have an option in them to set a certain refresh rate for a certain resolution so thats prolly why I didn't cotton on...thanks for explaining

The fix in the Detonator drivers only works for direct3d games.
