probably not a good idea, although the laptop BIOS probably doesn't have any adjustments for multi or FSB so the point may be moot anyways.
another issue w/ laptop OC'ing is cooling, you can't really do much to change the stock cooling on a laptop.
you might try a forum search to see if there's more specific info.
