usb network problem

hi i got a problem ill try and keep it in detail but brief. i got a usb to usb network cable maker sitecom when i insert the driver for install it goes fine connect to the internet then when i click on my net home page i get this message (EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:006c013f.

im not overclocking i got 2 pcs but only the 2nd one w gets no errors theres something conflicting the same drivers on both theres a problem on the host
