$350 to burn... What CPU/MB/RAM?

I know its not alot of money to work with, but from what I've been reading, NEWEGG has some really good deals on refurb MB. I know this is a frequently asked question, but someone just tell me what to buy! This whole damn MHz war with Intel and I just haven't been keeping up (I'm still banging away on my IWill/Athlon system, which has performed awesome). I was thinking of buying a P4 2.0 478-pin 512k, but its to my understanding that I could probably save $50-$100 with an XPxxxx+ and use the extra $$$ to get decent PC2700 RAM?

Someone just tell me what CPU/MB/RAM/cooler! I have a 400W PSU (forgot brand). Is $350 OK or could I get away with $300?

Its also my understanding that the upper XPxxxx+ chips really don't give much more performance gain unless you get a 333MHz? (i.e. 2600+ or 2700+).

Thanks for any 411...

1800 tbred $69 Newegg
abit kx7-333 refurb $45 Newegg
512 samsung origional ddr 333 $138 Newegg
Slk800 $30 SVC
Vantec Tornado $14 SVC
Shipping on heatsink and tornado ~$10? SVC

7 Volt or rheo the tornado,

$306 total.

From what I hear it's an easy 2ghz. Drop the multiplier to around 8, and raise the fsb as high as you can stably (might have to raise the ram voltage slightly) then raise the multiplier and cpu voltage as high as you are comfortable doing. Watch your temps and remember the kx7-333 DOESNT read on die, so add about 10 degrees.
