8500le, good core/bad memory

I just got my 8500le, the 64mb version. I was able to get the core to 300 no problem, but the 4ns memory became unstable at anything over 250. I'm using stock cooling. Any Ideas on how I can speed up the memory.

Try ramsinks. Also try increasing the voltage into your peripherals. I got stuck with crappy RAM on my GF4

yeah, the superglue trick works...a volt mod would probably help you if that doesnt
