I've seen this option in the BIOS and wondered if I set it to Strong instead of auto, will I be able to get the RAM any higher than I can reach than its at Auto, as I can only get the same CPU speed as I am at right now just by getting 149MHz while the only 100% setting is 146, I don't want to loose the CPU speed...

strong should lower the CAS value. (2vs3) so if you ram is not holding you back, you wont lose any speed
you will actually gain preformance due to the extra memory bandwidth
