Computer Randomly Powers Down

One of my Folding-only rigs (a Tualatin 1.4@1.6 on a Biostar M6VLQ motherboard) has started randomly powering down. It is NOT crashing or locking up, but is completely powering down. The CPU fan stops and everything. I have to turn the power supply off and on, and then the computer will reboot just fine.

My question is - do you think this is a power supply problem, CPU problem, motherboard problem, or other problem? The power supply is an old Deer 200W power supply. The computer has run fine for 6-8 weeks, and just started powering down within the past week.

THANKS

Problems like this are sometimes caused by dirt and dust inside the psu, i recently had a power up/down problem and thought it was the motherboard. It was only when the same problems started happening with my replacement board, that i opened up the psu and cleared out a hole heap of c**p. NO problems since!
