I'd personally like to see someone get a low speed Spitfire running on a 166+ MHz FSB.... like 5x166.... a 700 MHz Duron should be able to do that, especially with the better mobo's available now. See how a chip like that would do on a nForce2 or KT333 board....
Not that I really recommend getting a $20 CPU to use with a $100+ board, but it could be a fun experiment.

well hey ive got a duron 700 in a kt400. sound good??
ive yet to get it to post in 166mhz but right now only up to 1.75v is available. Also only multipliers down to 6x are available because of the newer board - 14 and 15 there instead
