Bios Flash Help

Ok this is the first time I've done a NTFS Bios flash is it best to put the bios onto a floppy boot from a boot floppy insert the disk with bios flash and flash from floppy? The reason im asking is that MSI say that you should never Flash from floppy ...only i boot to dos but it can't see my C: drive.....any help would be great!!!

I am not familiar with the MSI motherboards, but what you described is how I have always done it (boot from floppy and then flash BIOS). I assume you have read THIS sticky thread.
