I get across quite a few 'puters, mostly brand ones IBM, HP, Compaq and worse.... but ocasionally I'm also asked to check out some of the clones, and identifying the chipsets and the builders can be really really tricky....
Are there any universal progs out there to identify boards and their makers? I'm not talking chipsets, but litterally the boards, as I often need to hunt down board schematics, bios and drivers info... and it actually happens to be very difficult. Some of them do not have any printed labels, logo or anything..
Cheers, Flixotide
