is $95 this a good deal on an ati 8500le retail.

It depends, imo if the $95 card is clocked at 200/200 then probably not. A buddy of mine got a card from Royalpc for $102, its a cruddy card clocked at 200/200

If you can get a 250/250le(or higher) then my answer would be its a good deal

I got a 128 MB Radeon 8500LE for $92 a while back. Made by Sapphire, though, not ATI. It overclocks to 281/281 with stock cooling and voltage.

What is the stock clock speeds for the Sapphire 8500LE 128MB. And how do I know if mine is clocked at that speed?

Ive just retired my 8500LE, built by ATi, flashed to the regular 8500 BIOS, and i was able to overclock to 315/305 on stock cooling...i got a very nice card for $90

It is 250/200 default. You can find out for sure by installing Rage3d Tweak or Powerstrip. They will both show you what speed you GPU and memory are running at.
