2 questions

Video card cooling - Would it be feasible to built a large(ish) coldplace that reaches the GPU and memory modules, and then cooling this with a peltier? I know good ramsinks are sufficient, but it's something I'd like to try. Does anybody have any past experience of something like this?

Tried searching (damn you minimum phrase length!), but does anybody know a way of a private individual obtaining LN2 in the United Kingdom?

I have never seen it done, although I have seen a cold plate for it, If I can get some acurate measurements and metal and all, I would probably be able to make it, and if I had a larger vice for my mill, What card is this? and what would you be willing to spend on this?
