Difference between the two ASUS nf2 boards?

Ones $125, ones $153 at newegg. Anyone care to enlighten me on the difference, please? Looking for a new motherboard, mines not cutting it, and I dont want to risk buying that Epox one... thanks in advance.

The deluxe version has onboard Firewire, different sound processing and amplification, Serial ATA, different onboard lan, and nForce2 MCP-T.

Well most of that sounds useless except for the onboard audio... whats the difference?

The A7N8X Delux's onboard audio, soundstorm, is comparable to an Audigy, unlike the normal crappy onboard audio on most mobos.
