can anyone tell me your temp on idle and load.also what heatsink u r using.only for those live in a tropical country.for athlon XP only

I live in Texas, it's subtropical. It's actually hotter in the summer than (some of) the tropics. My idle temp is 26C. My load temp is 45C.

My idle temp is so low because I use WPCREdit to test and WPCRSet to permanently enable halt+stopgrant on my athlonXP and thunderbird CPUs. Basically, it allows idle parts of the core to halt instruction flow so it truly cools down. It is 26C in this room right now, and my CPU is at a constant 66% for folding@home, and it is currently at 40C.

I live in Malaysia.. Currently having a Athlon XP2000+ no overclocking at 53C- 59C load and idle.. But im modding it now!
