USB 2.0 Question

The new motherboards (to be more precise i am talking about Gigabyte 7VAXP) supports USB 2.0, now in this motherboard either i am missing something or there is no USB 1.0/1.1 connector / support (whatever) my question is that i have USB mouse, mp3 player, HOTAS and other devices would i be able to run those on this new usb 2.0 thingie???

i doubt they will take any benefit from the new port

Yes the ports are backwards compatable. You just wont get any better throughput with usb 1.0/1.1 devices.
