Recommendation on a P4 mobo?

I'm fairly new at what to look for in mobo's, so I thought I'd ask here. I'm wanting something that can handle P4 and is excellent quality. Also, any tips on what to look for in the future would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

I was thinking something with SDRAM compatibility. As I said before, I'm not too knowledgable in the area of mobos. But I would like to be able to overclock it a little.

You didnt say your budget, but

If you have money, go with Abit IT7-MAX2 (170$), 512 meg of PC3200/PC3500(170$), and a p4 2.4B(200$)
if you are on the budget, go with Albatron PX845PEV Pro (83$) 256 meg of PC3200 (90$) (then buy more later) and a p4 1.8A or 2.0A (i bought mine for 150$ on ebay, but retail ones are 20-40$ more)
