Unhappy graphics bus failure??

I got a big problem i think, when i reboot a warning pops up saying,
Graphics bus failure. The display driver has discovered imcompatibilities with your system and is unable to use any accelerated graphics rendering. Please contact your PC manufacturer or retailer for further assistance.
My games are running like crap too.
Is it time to get a gf4 4600 ??

Try reformatting, if that dosen't work then its probably a messed up video card. Also, are you overclocked, that may be causing this.
