If you dont mind me asking, which one? Why?

If you're in 2k, and presumeably XP, right click on My Computer, go to properties. In the advanced tab there should be a performance options button. Click on that, and the rest is pretty much self explanitory. BTW. Basic performance tip. If you have 2 harddrives, (Actual harddrives, not partitions) in your computer, set your swap file to be on the harddrive that does not contain your Windows install.

actually what i have heard is even better is to split the swap file accross both partitions. I dont know if there is any real benifit from this, but it makes sence.
