Wedo@Work is down

Our main W2K adv. server has horked up a bad DNS request causing the entire OS to corrupt. The end result is my entire network will be out of commission until I can get the server OS reinstalled, all of the Active Directory accounts recreated, and each workstation re-introduced to the new and improved network.

I hear ya brother. You don't even want to know what terrible salary I get after 6 years on the job. (Let's just say I could make more as an assistant manager at McDonalds.)

Update: The network is almost 100% but I had to redo the domain for the system. What does this mean you ask? I'll tell you, it means that all the workstations that were running under old-domain.com/administrator as a Scheduled task are now dead.

So I need to configuring, but I'm off to Vegas for a convention so it'll have to wait until next week. stoopid DNS corruption.

What you call "no pay"? I'll bet > 40k. But, life on the left coast is a LOT more expensive.

Footprints, that perhaps another, Sailing o'er life's solemn main,
A forlorn and shipwrecked brother, Seeing, shall take heart again.

Well, glad to hear that things are back to how they were.

Out of curiousity, how much mhz you lost?
