I was just curious as to what heatsinks you are using with your a7nx8. If I'm not mistaking it does have the four holes for a Swiftech MCX462+. Just woundering how this heatsink fits on the modo, or any other heatsink for that matter.

Thermalright SK-7 (fan clip gets really close to one of the caps)

Swiftech MCW5000 fits fine

Im using the ARKUA-7528 on my A7n8x
and a xp2400@2210 11.5x192 with 1.75v temp around 48c

(my xp2400 can run 2260mhz with this heatsink 100% stable but a7n8x doesnt run right over 192fsb)

at $22.00 this heatsink/fan combo is a great deal.

and its super quite.

heres the link/review.......

its +1c to +2c difference from the top coolers but its so quiet my case fans are louder.

kinda nice trade off :)

THe AX-7 barely fits. I had to install it out side the case. Those caps really frekin pain, and will suck when I need to test my XP 1600 and my old 850tbrid

I have a Dangerden Maze2 waterblock mounted using bolts, it fits fine and all the holes are lined up properly.
