good/cheap headphones

alright, im looking for some new headphones..preferably under $50, closed air, and they must cover my entire ear, the ones that rest on my ears make em go to sleep after a while..so thats no good. my aiwas are messed up http://www.us.aiwa.com/default.asp?page=products&action=viewProduct&prod=69

why not get another set of those aiwa's? if you like them that would be the best chioce i think. i've tried a bunch of headphones before trying to fine a set that were perfect for me, i was willing to spend up to $50, i ended up buying a $20 set because they had the best sound and clearer base. price doesn't always determine quality.

I got my Sennheiser HD-535 from ubid.com last year, under $50. Best money I've spent on audio equipment. I don't know if they'll have that particular model, but they always seem to have headphones of some kind.
