I currently have an Abit TH7II which I love, but my Adaptec 29160 controller needs more than the TH7II can offer. Does a board like the one I have exist with 64bit pci? It should make a big difference for my SCSI setup performance right?

Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're setting up a heavy-transaction server or multiple drive SW RAID. Few disks can use even half of the 133MB/s that 32-bit PCI provides.

I've been running a 29160 in a 32-bit slot for two years now with three hard drives and three cd/dvd drives. I've never had a bottleneck due to the PCI bus.

If you really want 64-bit PCI you'll have to step up to a server board. And most of those are $300+ (assuming you can find one for 478pin chips).
