Zip drive disk types??

Does anyone know if a 100mb zip disk will work in a 250mb zip drive? Correct my if i'm wrong but is it that the 100mb will work in the 250 drive, but a 250mb disk will not work in the 100 drive? TIA

That's correct. Backwards compatible only.

and while we're on topic, what is with the 750 meg drives, how do those fit into the picture?

THEY SUCK, they can't even read 100MB disks. They can only read 750MB and 250MB disks. Zip is going where Jaz drives went - down the drain. What the hell are Iomega doing, no wonder people still use floppies
