?, so what is the verdict on the P4 C1 stepping CPUs with the 3.06 cap arrangement?

I just scored myself a 2.26b C1 stepping that has the 3.06 capacitor arrangement on the rear.

The questions I have are:

How do these chips with this layout seem to be doing overall, any other personal experiences out there?

Also, do these chips have HT enabled?
