Bad Memory??

I think my Ram is bad because it didnīt run over 150 fsb stable with 1:1 devicer. It also didnīt run with 133 fsb and 4:5 devicer(333mhz for Memory).I have also tested with Memtest 86 and the program found over 200 mistakes after 15 minutes, but ctram didnīt find any mistake after an hour.lMy RAMs are 2 sticks of 256 Mb PC333 Samsung,Motherboard is a Asus P4s533,and the cpu is a p4 2,4 133 fsb c1 stepping. Is my Ram bad??
