R9500 Pro RAM

What kind of RAM is on your R9500 Pro, and how high can u clock it?

I have Infineon 3.3 ns RAM, maybe that's why I can't get it much above 300 in Rivatuner....

The markings on the RAM are

Infineon
DDR SGRAM
HYB25D128323C-3.3
A
0242 SUU 43826

The reviews of the 9500 Pro had Hynix

My buddy has 3.3ns Infineon Ram on his 9500 Pro BBA. His clocks get aroud 315/310 using Rage 3D Tweak and Warp11's BIOS FLash. Any higher on the ram and artifacts show in 3DMark.

Mine's odd, becuase when i first OC'd the card, I did RAM only. I got it to 315 before I saw artifacts. So I lowered to 310 and all was good. The I OC'd the core, which went to the the max setting on PStrip (heheh). However, when the core got really fast, the RAM wouldn't do 310 anymore. So, now I run at RAM 306, core 357.

I can get my core running stable at 368, which is the max for Pstrip, but I backed off a bit becuase I don't know where it becomes unsafe. I mean the 9700 pro is stock at 325!!!!!

So anyway, this thing OC's like crazy. How high is too high for the core?

Also, I know that the 9700 has a larger bus, so the OC'd 9500 Pro isn't expected to match performance, but I have my core at 357 vs 325 on a 9700 Pro. Do you think I'm getting 9700 pro speeds?

I get 11814 with the rig in my sig. Anybody else with a similar set up and a 9700 pro out there?

I've got that 3.6ns Hynix on my BBA 9500 Pro as well. I can't go far above 300MHz with it.
