3.5" fan controller???

Does anybody know here I can pick up a fan controller that will fit into a 3.5" bay? I see plenty of them for 5.25", but mine are all full. I know there has to be one around.

svc is in san jose..so it should ship fast...i have the version from www.pcmods.com and it works great
