Would depend on your system as a whole.

I baught my kingston valueram from googlegear.com and it's easily running at 374mhz (fsb-187).

check in the gigabyte section of this forum and see if other people have had sucess with overclocking this board. If so, look at the components they have.

I would say the Kingston's are pretty good ram for its price.
