Err.... mis-read CPU speed?

I have a 1.4GHZ Athlon XP... (1600+XP). Ever since I formatted, when I right-click on My Computer, and go to Properties, it says its a 1.05GHZ Processor! =( What could be wrong?

sounds like it's set to 100MHz FSB instead of 133. Check the BIOS.
