8500dv Clocks

My friend just bought an 8500dv from best buy for 149 after rebate. And when he got it installed it the default clock speed for ram was 390. From what I've read on here, the default should be 190, which makes no sense. The ram does run quite warm, but there arent any visual artifacts or any of that junk. Are there different versions of the DV or what? I dont know a whole lot about radeons.

390 would be 195ddr but i dont know all the exact clocks
