Here I go again. I built a new rig. Abit NF7-S, Athlon XP 1800+ TB-A, 256 mb PC 2100 Crucial, 40 GB Maxtor , Toshiba 12X DVD, ATI 64 MB DDR VIVO, and floppy. When I first got it it would not post, period. I finally removed the ATX connector, cleared the CMOS, and removed the battery and it would post. I swapped floppy drives, cables ,etc. finally tried and Antec P303 power supply(replacing a new RaidMax 350W) and it started posting. Installed Win XP Pro, (with ATI driver problems), and have been running fine @ 142 x 12.5. Running warm 54C, so I buy a TT Volcano 9. Install it this morning and guess what no post. Clear the CMOS, still no post! Remove the HS/Fan, check the fit - perfect! Re-install, no post! Removed the ATX connector, cleared the CMOS, AND removed the battery and it posted. It booted up and loaded Windows, but it showed the processor @ 1.2 GHZ at a 6X multiplier! I restarted and no post! Whats up?? Any ideas?

Now after I cleared the CMOS again I got this :

Prepare to resume from DISK , Please wait .....
