I was just searching around intel and found something interesting...
Plans for the new chips in this pdf file...

I found a chart with the following and I'm not sure what it means, but maybe one of yall could figure that out. It looks to me the design of the future processors. Also in the pdf file I read, it talked about lower voltage yet faster transistors which would be the answer to cooling.
